Born and raised in Montgomery, Alabama, the historic heart of the civil rights movement, Victoria carries a deep sense of community, storytelling, and purpose into everything she builds.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications from Dillard University, where she refined her craft as a communicator, visionary, and organizational thinker. She later launched Establish Consulting, a communications and organizational leadership firm, along with Establish Student, a personal development EdTech startup designed to equip students with the self-awareness, confidence, and clarity needed to navigate education, adulthood, and purpose.

Victoria’s professional portfolio spans a range of industries, including civic engagement, organizational leadership, international collaboration, entertainment, production, community programming, marketing, and engagement campaigns. She has led creative teams, produced live experiences, built communication infrastructures, developed youth programming, and supported organizations through brand messaging, content systems, and strategic planning. Her work also includes contributing to fundraising efforts that have raised money for meaningful community and youth-centered causes.

Her background in communications, leadership, and organizational development has led her toward continued academic pursuits, including preparation for graduate studies in Industrial & Organizational Psychology. In ministry, Victoria has served as a Communications Director, Youth Leader, and Production & Media Lead.
